Please try to be exact when ordering.  Vinyl-Pro of Western Pa. can only accept returns that we have been contacted about prior to a return.  You must have an RGA number.  Specialty order products cannot be returned.  We try to satisfy everyone, but in this worldwide market, mutual common sense will always rule.   There is a 27% fee on any pre-approved returns.
