Shipping of all products are from the Vinyl-Pro of Western Pa. site in New Kensingon, Pa.  All products are shipped UPS ground unless you choose overnite, or other special shipping.  Please note that aerosols and certain flammable products cannot be shipped by air.  Damage claims must be reported within three days of delivery so reports can be made to UPS if there is the need to do that.  We only have backorders if our suppliers have backordered us, since we pride ourselves in the stock we carry to fill your orders.  Any returns must be pre-approved to receive any type of credit.    Note that there is a 27% fee on any pre-approved returns.
